THE RITUAL

Warm a small amount in your palm, until it melts, and massage into tired shoulders, sore joints or areas of tension.
Blue Chamomile, Lavender and Highland Pine help ease discomfort and support natural recovery.

Run your fingers over the balm, to melt, then rub hands together to warm and cup over your nose taking three deep breaths.
Peppermint clears the head, Lavender and Marjoram relax the mind, and Sweet Orange gently uplifts the spirit.
